Our Pre-Primary teachers participated in an in-depth Montessori training programme designed to strengthen child-centred and experiential learning practices. The training clearly explained the core philosophy and objectives of the Montessori method, helping teachers understand how young children learn through exploration and hands-on experiences. Teachers were introduced to a wide range of Montessori materials and received practical guidance on using these tools effectively in the classroom to build independence, concentration, and conceptual clarity. Special emphasis was placed on Montessori Mathematics, where all Mathematics teachers were given detailed, activity-based training to help children develop strong foundational numeracy skills through concrete learning experiences. This training has empowered teachers to create engaging, inclusive, and meaningful learning environments for Pre-Primary students.
