In the early years, we move away from “talk and chalk.” Our teachers follow a scientific 5-step process:

• Aim: Defining what the student will learn today.
• Action: A hands-on activity or experiment.
• Analysis: Questioning why things happened the way they did.
• Application: Solving real-world problems based on the lesson.
• Assessment: Checking for deep understanding, not just memory.
