Fees must be paid on or before 15th of every month.

Pay the fees on or before the due date to avoid fine.

A student leaving the school in the middle of the academic year will have to pay the school fees for the full term.

RULES & REGULATION

It is strictly that every student must come to school in the prescribed uniform including badge & belt or else they may be sent home . Untidy dress, being unwashed, dirty shoes, unbuttoned shirts, shirts not tucked in will face serious consequence.

It is absolutely imperative that only English should be spoken at all times inside the campus.

Students should attend the morning assembly without fail.

Students should stand up when teacher enters the class and remain standing till the teacher desires them to be seated. The student is expected to stand up when questioned or spoken to.

Every student should bring with him the text books and note books required for the periods of the day. Other than the prescribed books of no book shall be brought to school.

Home assignments should be done neatly and regularly and submitted on or before the due date.

Student must follow Reduce, Reuse, Recycle bins.

In attentiveness, Indifference to studies, discourtesy towards staff or any act which affects the discipline of the school will be viewed seriously.

The students behavior should be decent at all times and in all places both inside and outside the school. Loud talking and shouting is strictly prohibited.

No student should disturb the classes at work on flimsy ground s like borrowing returning books, pens, pencils etc.

Pupils should be polite, courteous to everyone and show due respect to all elders and authorities. They should address the teacher politely using the appropriate terms of courtesy. They must stand when addressed by and when addressing all elders.

Students will not be permitted to leave the class rooms during the working hours on excuse of drinking water or doing any other activity.

Students are prohibited from wearing costlyjewellery while at school. Gold ornaments of any type, however small, should be avoided. School will not be responsible for any kind of loss.

Parents are requested not to disturb their wards and teachers during the class hours. The principals can be met after p.m on Thursdays.

Parents or visitors can meet teachers after school hours only with the prior permission of the Principal .

Attendance on National Days like Independence Day and Republic day is Compulsory. Absence without prior approval will be viewed very seriously.

Ever child should and must possess the school diary. The diary should be brought to class everyday.

It can be preserved as a memento and students will really cherish it if they maintain it properly.

The school will not entertain any letter of communication to students.

Chewing gum is strictly forbidden inside the campus.

Students in possession of any pan masala, tobacco or chewing gum will be expelled.

All the mobile phones must be deposited in the academic office on entry in to the campus even before going to class. It should be switched off and must be in a case.

School will not be responsible for any loss. If mobiles are confisicated, they will not be returned.

As the age limit does not permit license for two wheelers , pupils should not come in two wheelers to school.

REQUEST TO PARENTS

Close co-operation between parents and teacher is absolutely necessary for the integral development of the child.

Parents should send leave letter duty signed and meet the Principal with ward if they apply leave for one or two days. Exceeding more will be approved on submission of medical certificate.

Parents are requested to avoid sending children who are ill to the school.

Parents can meet the teacher only on deputed days mentioned or only with the permission of the principal.

Parents are requested not to disturb their wards and teachers during the class.

Parents are requested to check the diary and their initials. They must checkup the home assignments, late attendance record, note to parents.

In order to appraise themselves of their child’s progress in school, parents are requested to come to school on the campus days, after each terminal examination.

Progress reports will be handed over to the parents on the open house days. They must carefully examine the marks and do everything in their power to improve their ward in their weak subjects and install habits of study.

Parents must make use of this opportunity to consult the teachers and share with them ant problems connected with the child. Parents are requested to return the signed progress cards within three days. Acknowledge the information sent and take appropriate action.

Enquire from the child about any assigned home work, Practical assignment, activity and ensure prompt submission.

Discuss issues of concern with prior appointment with the teacher concerned or the Co-ordinator.

PTA Parents teacher meeting are regularly conducted by the school to communicate the progress of the child. Parents can also Initiate a meeting with ant teacher by appointment and through teachers official E-mail Address given in the hand book.

Please inform the school office/class teacher of any change in address, telephone number, or email address. It is vital for the school to contact the guardians immediately in case of an emergency.
